For someone without a full-time job it has certainly been a long time since I've posted anything. Just want to let you guys know that I haven't fallen off the planet though it certainly feels like I have.
Updates:
I'm still looking for a job since graduating. It's pretty competitive out there and art teaching jobs are scarce enough to begin with. The good news is that since I don't have a job yet I have plenty of time to do conventions. Gotta stick to the Dallas and surrounding areas (Oklahoma City would work too) but if you know of any in the spring/summer of 2010, please let me know and I'll possibly add them to my list.
Not having a "real" job doesn't mean I haven't been real busy though. I spent my summer applyin' like crazy. Missed AnimeFest altogether, which makes me feel out of the loop. I moved around that time and have been workin' on renovatin' the house I'm in now. It has been one thing after another with the house and though everything is still in boxes in the garage and I'm sleepin' on an air mattress, I can see the end in sight.
Yesterday I was so moved to draw that I spent a good hour in the garage lookin' for the tablet

gave me. He didn't have the stylus and we had hopes that my old one would work, but alas, it does not. I just ordered one ten minutes ago from Amazon.com and now all that's left to do is wait. WHY ISN'T IT HERE YET?! >_<
Clearly, since I am just now tryin' to hook up the tablet I haven't had time to do any drawing before now. Also, the poor people on my commission list have been waitin' for an eternity. Luckily they are friends and have an idea of what my situation has been. As soon as I get my new pen, I'll be finishin' up those pictures. After they are done I'll only have one commission slot open per month until I can get on top of things. There is one slot open now which will be your last chance to get a commission before the holidays.
I'd like to offer a big thank you to everyone that

ed my work and started watchin' me during this long absence. I can't tell you how great that is to come back to! Love you guys!
XOXOX,
Loch
